Sovereign infrastructure.
Expert hands.

Moving to sovereign cloud infrastructure is a strategic decision. Making it operational requires hands-on expertise. Bubl Cloud consultancy helps teams automate workflows, configure their vault environment, and migrate from existing platforms.

See how it works

Why consultancy?

Every organisation runs differently. The Bubl platform provides the sovereign foundation. Consultancy bridges the gap between infrastructure and the day-to-day operations of the team. Whether the goal is automating repetitive work, getting a vault environment production-ready, or moving away from a US cloud provider, the consultancy team works alongside the organisation's own people to deliver a working result.

Automation

Workflow Automation

Most teams lose hours every week on manual, repetitive tasks that could run unattended inside a sovereign environment. The consultancy team designs and builds automated workflows that run entirely inside the Data Vault. No data leaves. No external API dependency. Full operational control.

Automation platforms
n8n, Activepieces, and custom pipelines running as containers inside the vault. Connected to sovereign LLMs for AI-powered steps where needed.
Document processing
Intake, classification, extraction, and routing of documents without any file touching an external service. Built for legal, financial, and HR workflows.
Data pipelines
Automated data collection, transformation, and reporting. Connect internal systems, schedule jobs, and push results to the tools the team already uses.
Approval and routing flows
Multi-step approval chains, conditional routing, notifications, and escalation logic. Designed around the organisation's actual decision structure.

Migration

Migration to Bubl Cloud

Leaving a US cloud provider or on-premise setup does not have to be disruptive. The consultancy team plans and executes migrations in phases, validating every step before moving to the next. The organisation keeps operating throughout.

Architecture assessment
Review of the current environment, data flows, dependencies, and compliance requirements. Identifies what moves, what changes, and what stays.
Phased migration plan
A concrete timeline with defined milestones. Non-critical workloads move first. Production systems follow once the environment is validated and the team is confident.
Encrypted data transfer
Data moves through encrypted channels directly into the vault. Integrity validation at every stage. No intermediate storage, no temporary exposure.
Validation and cutover
Full functional testing in the new environment before switching over. Rollback procedures in place until the organisation confirms production readiness.

2

Infrastructure mapping

Every platform, provider, and data flow documented. Jurisdictional boundaries identified.

3

Sovereignty scoring

Each system and data flow scored on a 0 through 5 maturity scale.

4

Risk and gap analysis

Regulatory exposure and architectural weak points prioritised by severity.

5

Migration roadmap

Phased plan with timeline and fixed-scope implementation proposal.

Deliverable: Written report with per-system scoring, risk overview, and actionable migration roadmap.
Setup

Configuration & Setup

Getting a vault environment production-ready means more than provisioning. The consultancy team configures the platform to match operational requirements, deploys applications, sets up integrations, and ensures the environment is ready for the team to use from day one.

Vault environment
Encryption keys, access policies, network configuration, and resource allocation tuned to the organisation's security and performance requirements.
Application deployment
Containerised applications installed, configured, and tested inside the vault. Includes LLM setup, office tools, analytics platforms, and custom software.
Integrations
Secure API connections to existing systems. Data flows configured so that sensitive information stays inside the vault while operational results reach the right endpoints.
Team onboarding
User accounts, permissions, and access controls configured. Walkthrough sessions so the team can operate the environment independently.

Setup Intake

Half-day exercise · €600

A structured intake to define what the vault environment needs to look like before any configuration work begins. Results in a concrete setup plan with application list, integration map, and implementation proposal.

1

Intake call

Understand what the organisation needs: which applications, which integrations, which users, which security requirements.

2

Requirements mapping

Applications, data sources, access controls, and security policies documented. Dependencies and priorities identified.

3

Environment design

Vault architecture, resource allocation, network configuration, and deployment sequence defined.

4

Setup proposal

Fixed-scope, fixed-price proposal with timeline, application list, and integration plan.

Deliverable: Written setup plan with environment design, application deployment order, integration map, and implementation proposal.

Fixed budget. Agreed before we start.

Every implementation is scoped and priced upfront. The organisation approves a defined budget before any work begins. No hourly billing. No estimates that grow. No invoices that surprise.

Scope first, price second

The quickscan or intake defines exactly what needs to happen. The implementation proposal that follows includes a fixed budget for the full scope. The organisation signs off before work starts.

No scope creep without approval

If requirements change during an engagement, the budget impact is communicated and approved before any additional work is done. The organisation stays in control of spend at every stage.

Transparent from start to finish

Progress updates are tied to deliverables, not timesheets. The organisation sees what has been completed, what is next, and how the budget is tracking. No ambiguity.

How an engagement works

Every engagement follows the same structure. Scope is defined upfront. Deliverables are concrete. The organisation owns the result.

1

Assessment

The consultancy team reviews the current environment, maps requirements, and defines the scope of work. The organisation receives a clear proposal with timeline and deliverables before any work begins.

2

Implementation

Hands-on build, configuration, or migration inside the vault environment. The consultancy team works iteratively, with regular check-ins so the organisation stays in control of decisions throughout.

3

Handover

Full documentation, team training, and a walkthrough of everything that was built or configured. Optional ongoing support agreements available for organisations that want continued access to the consultancy team.

Everything stays sovereign

Consultancy work happens inside the organisation's own vault environment. The consultancy team operates under the same security architecture as any other vault user. No backdoors. No admin overrides. No data extracted for analysis elsewhere.

Zero-knowledge access
The consultancy team works within vault boundaries. Access is scoped, time-limited, and fully auditable. Revoked the moment the engagement ends.
European datacenters only
All work happens on infrastructure in the Netherlands, Germany, or France. No data crosses jurisdictional boundaries during or after the engagement.
Organisation owns everything
Every workflow, configuration, and integration built during the engagement belongs to the organisation. No vendor lock-in to the consultancy service itself.
ISO 27001 certified
Consultancy operations fall under the same ISO 27001 certified information security management system as the rest of the Bubl Cloud platform.

Common questions

It depends on scope. A workflow automation project typically takes two to four weeks. Vault configuration and setup is usually completed within one to two weeks. Migration timelines vary based on the volume of data and number of applications, but most organisations are fully migrated within four to eight weeks.

No. If the organisation does not have a vault yet, provisioning is part of the engagement. The consultancy team handles the full setup from scratch, including vault creation, configuration, and application deployment.

Yes. Most organisations combine at least two. A common pattern is migration plus workflow automation: move the data and applications first, then build automations on top of the new environment. The assessment phase scopes everything together.

Only what is explicitly granted for the engagement. Access is scoped to specific vault resources, time-limited, and logged. The organisation can revoke access at any point. After the engagement ends, all consultancy access is removed automatically.

Optional. Every engagement includes documentation and training so the organisation can operate independently. For teams that want continued access, monthly support agreements are available covering maintenance, updates, and new automation requests.

Quickscans are €1,200 each. The setup intake is €600. Implementation engagements are scoped and quoted after the assessment phase. There are no hourly rates or open-ended retainers. The organisation receives a fixed-price proposal with a defined scope and timeline before any billable work starts.
